We are hoping to start a Vets side next season. To qualify you have to be over 35 and interested in playing, nothing more really. The club has 14 junior sides, so it shouldn’t be beyond the realms of possibilty that we could get about 25 people together that could form a squad and allow us to get a team out each week. It is unlikely that many of us could make it every Saturday afternoon, so a squad of this size should cater for absenses. We would not ask for a membership (you already pay that for your kids). All we would ask is £5 a week only when you play. If you are interested please click on the button at the bottom of the screen and send me an E-mail. I need name, address, contact phone numbers, likely availability, what position you play and the team your son/daughter neice/nephew plays in. Depending on the level of interest I will try and arrange a couple of friendlies towards the end of the season to see how we get on. Not everyone visits the web site, so please discuss this within your teams so that everyone gets the opportunity to play if they want to.
